Seasonal Health Advice:

Chlamydia is one of the fastest growing sexually transmitted infections affecting both men and women. Most people show no symptoms, but if contracted it can cause infertility and abdominal pain. 1 in 10 people under 25 who have been tested for chlamydia are positive and numbers are rising amongst the over 25s too. The good news is that it is easily treated with anti-biotics.

We offer self-testing kits here at the University. Don’t delay - visit any of our three medical rooms (at City North, Edgbaston, Gosta Green) for one of these kits. This is a discreet, confidential service.
