Info for applicants with offers
Congratulations if you have been offered a place to study at the University. We hope that you will accept the offer because studying at the University will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.
If your application was successful the International Office will send you an official offer letter. If you applied for an undergraduate course via UCAS they will also notify you of the decision.
Once you have received confirmation of your offer you need to decide whether you wish to accept or decline your offer. You should do this by signing, dating and returning the response form, along with your deposit, to the International Office (or to UCAS if you submitted your application through them).
A copy of the Admissions Handbook for International Applicants will be sent with your offer letter and this handbook explains the admissions procedure in detail. If you have any queries about the admissions process you should refer to the handbook as it will provide answers to many of your questions.
A Welcome Pack including pre-arrival information will be sent to you from April onwards. If you were offered a place before April your offer letter will be sent first and your Welcome Pack will follow in April.
We hope that the information in the Admissions Handbook for International Applicants is helpful when making a decision about your university place. If you have any further questions or need more information please contact the person named on the offer letter. The contact details appear in the bottom right hand corner of the offer letter.
Please quote your University Application Number, which is the eleven character reference number at the top of your University offer letter, on all correspondence with the University.
You should be aware that information about your enrolment, attendance and progress at this establishment may be passed to the Immigration Office and Nationality Directorate of the Home Office for purposes connected with immigration.
You can download a copy of all of the documents you may require during the admissions process (Acrobat PDF format) from the Downloads page |
