Celebrating the best in contemporary design

Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BIAD) is gearing up to celebrate the best in contemporary design with this year’s degree show exhibitions.

Final year students from BIAD, which is part of Birmingham City University, are preparing to present an eclectic mix of work from the best of today’s designers and will feature: a selection of fashion shows and collections; graphic design; illustration; media photography; desk top publishing and video; jewellery and silversmithing; fine art ranging from installation to print making; and work from textile design students who will be showing their collections before moving their exhibitions to the New Designers show in London in July.

The exhibitions will be open to the public on the following dates:
