How do I order?

How do I pay?

Please send full payment with your order including the postage and packaging costs. We accept payment by cheque or postal order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by debit or credit card although we hope to offer this facility in the near future. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to
Birmingham City University.

When will my order be ready?

Once we have received your order, we will process and send your items within 28 days, subject to stock availability.

What if there is a problem?

If any of your items arrive faulty we will replace or refund the item. Return faulty items in their original packaging to the Alumni Association Office, ensuring that you obtain proof of
posting from your Post Office. This does not affect your statutory rights.
